Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

International Shipping & Customs

We are shipping from Dubai, UAE, so all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us, as carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.
